Terms & Conditions

  • We require an Authorisation of $1000 on a valid credit card as a security bond for all vehicles. No cash bonds.
  • The following credit cards are accepted with Turnbulls Hire Drive:

    Visa Master Card American Express Diners Club International JCB

    A surcharge of 3% applies to all cards except VISA and MasterCard

  • 100 kms are included with every days hire. Any extra are charged at 0.33 cents per km. (Except Toyota Kluger 7 Seaters, Kia Carnival 8 Seaters and Toyota Rav4's which have unlimited kms)
  • We offer an optional Collision Damage Waiver at $28 per day. This reduces your liability in the case of damage or loss of vehicle to $1000.

    The standard liability for Buses, Trucks and 4WDs is $5000. For Passenger Vehicles, Vans and 4x2 Utes it is $2500. If the driver is aged between 21 to 24, the Collision Damage Waiver MUST be taken. However liability remains standard.

  • $100.00 cleaning fee if smoking in any hire vehicle occurs.
  • There will be an additional charge of $10 for all vehicles returned without a completely full Fuel Tank.
  • Prices listed on www.turnbulls.com.au are GST inclusive.
