Most sites in Queensland require vehicles to be (BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance) BMA Compliant.
The following are requirements for vehicles entering the site:

All vehicles entering BMA sites must have ROPS. This can either be Internal or External. We can provide either with our vehicles for increased driver and passenger safety.
For increased visibility, white vehicle colour is required.
Flashing amber lights must be present on all vehicles entering BMA sites.
All vehicles entering a BMA site must carry digital VHF radios.
For added driver protection, a drivers side airbag is required.
Tray tie down points are required for safety when items are required to be carried in the back of utes.
Indicators, brake and tail lights are to be raised to above the roof line for increased visibility.
Kits must be supplied for minor scrapes and injuries.
We stock 2.3KG Fire Extinguishers in our BMA Compliant vehicles for added safety.
High visibility reflective flags are required for increased vehicle visibility.
In the instance of a flat battery, Jump Start Receptacles reduce the occurrence of mistakes being made.
This isolator is wired in such a way that all other vehicle electrics are still functional, even when the isolator is in the OFF position when required to isolate the starter motor.
This clearly identifies the vehicle with its radio call sign. They are placed on both sides of the vehicle, with reflective yellow text on a black background.
For increased visibility, reflective tape is to run along both sides of the vehicle.
For safety, a reverse beeper is required.
All of our vehicles carry Traffic Control Equipment to alert other road users of breakdowns or accidents.
Bright yellow in colour, these offer increased visibility of the wheel nuts.
Visible wheel chocks are required for all vehicles parked on sloped surfaces.
All of our vehicles fitted with ROPS require a Queensland Government Modification Plate.

BMA Compliant require a licenced inspector to ensure the above items have been incorporated on the vehicle. Once checked, the vehicle is issued with a BMA Compliant sticker.
