Offering four different variants to choose from including the ever-popular Altise model, the 7th generation Camry introduces the "Atara" nameplate to the Australian market. Featuring three different models - Atara S, Atara SL and Atara SX. Adding to the prestigious and progressive feel, Camry boasts a low-wide dynamic exterior that enhances the strong athletic appearance. With impressive performance and low fuel consumption, Camry exceeds your expectations like never before.

All-new Exterior Styling

Camry has an all-new aerodynamic design. The lower grille, sleek headlights and bumpers at front and rear, have been reshaped, helping to create a strong, crouching stance for the vehicle.

Increased performance and more responsive handling

New Camry is driven by a powerful new 2.5L dual VVT- i (Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence) engine with a six speed transmission. There's an all-new chassis and steering package, which includes Electric Power Steering (EPS). Camry also has an aerodynamically designed underbody (inspired by Formula 1 racing technology), which creates a vortex effect that generates down-force and increases stability.

More space and style inside

Camry's interior has been completely re-designed to create more space and a modern stylish feel. Slimmer pillars, slimmer seats, slimmer door trims and re-shaped seat cushions, mean more space generally and create a significant increase in leg room. While a new split-form instrument panel and intricate details such as brushed metal highlights, create a relaxed, prestige environment.

Advanced Safety

New Camry features a full suite of active and passive safety technologies to help keep you safe. These include seven SRS airbags including a driver's knee airbag, a seat belt warning indicator for all occupants and a reverse camera^^^ (camera optional on Altise model).

Multi-Media and Navigation Center

New Camry doesn't just have a superb audio unit with up to ten speakers (depending on the model). It has a multi-media hub that offers Bluetooth™## connectivity for media streaming and hands-free mobile calls, a USB^ input for selected iPod®+ models and other devices and an AUX jack for MP3 players^. There's also a 6.1" touchscreen control with a reverse camera^^^ (optional on Camry Altise). And in Camry Atara SL, there's a 7" touchscreen control, digital radio (DAB+)***, satellite navigation~~~ and SUNA™ live traffic data updates~~.

Fuel Economy and Emissions
